Taking to Instagram, the Britain’s Got Talent judge, 52, who shares Lexi and her youngest daughter Hollie, 11, with husband Chris Hughes, revealed the latest update to her lavish new home in Surrey.

Revealing that Lexi is a ‘huge fan’ of F. Scott Fitzgerald’s The Great Gatsby and Art Deco design, Amanda reflected her passion in the sumptuously furnished room, complete with deep greens, stunning art and soft lighting.

She penned an accompanying caption reading: ‘As Amanda & Alan‘s Italian Job is on tonight at 8:30pm I thought I’d share another transformation from our new home!..

‘There is more coming as makeovers are my favourite thing to look at on insta and I know you’re going to enjoy them – big up to Joe Hicks and his dad who are not on insta but is our decorator and Dave our floor man.’

Amanda sold her London home for £5million in August after first listing the stunning property in May 2022.

Having initially snapped up the five-bedroom Richmond house in 2015 for £3.5million, the star, 52, has made a £1.5million profit on the property after revamping it in her own style.

Amanda lived at the house with her husband Chris and their daughters Lexi and Hollie but it looks increasingly likely that her eldest will take up residence in the US for university, so the star is looking to move on from the family home.

The London house, located near Richmond Park, boasted luxury features including a garden hot tub as well as several unique touches from a palm tree planted in honour of Sir Captain Tom Moore to a £30,000 drawing by the Connor Brothers.

The family also regularly retreat to their beloved Cotswold home at weekends, while they are currently spending the summer in the Mediterranean where Amanda is juggling her family holiday alongside filming for the second series of her hit show The Italian Job.

Amanda and Alan are back living la dolce vita in the second series of their show The Italian Job, which returned to BBC One earlier this month.

The duo purchase a bargain home in the idyllic region of northern Tuscany and raise it up from its ruins and into a luxury holiday home.

Amanda gave fans a glimpse inside her HUGE new Surrey mansion with a regal tablescape and marble staircase as she posed with lookalike daughter Lexi.

The presenter beamed in the snap as she posed beside her lookalike daughter, showcasing their uncanny resemblance on Instagram.

Amanda wore a red dress which seemed to feature an elaborate silk bow, while she held up her glass of champagne.

The star also shared a glimpse of her new home after she ditched her plans to move to the United States earlier this year.

While it was speculated that Amanda and her family were set to move across the pond, the star has now reportedly bought a new mansion in Surrey and gave fans a glimpse of her stylish dining room over on her Instagram.

She wrote: ‘We just moved and had no chairs [laughing emoji] so thanks to @thewstudiostyle for the hire.’

Amanda had hired some clear plastic chairs for the festivities while her table was decorated with bright pink and green candles and a quirky flamingo head.

The star gave a peak at her perfectly manicured garden through the patio doors and windows while a glitzy chandelier hung over the table.

The Britain’s Got Talent judge also shared a snap of Lexi and her other daughter Hollie alongside her parents as they headed out for a woodland walk.

When she put her house on the market, she was met with reports that she had her eyes on the states after she visited the set of America’s Got Talent.

The Sun previously claimed Amanda had her eyes on the states after spending two weeks meeting producers in Los Angeles and got on well with AGT judges Heidi Klum and Sofia Vergara.

Her daughter Lexi was also said to be considering attending a university in the US and has been looking at studying in LA, Boston or New York.

Yet it seems Amanda has chosen to remain on home turf and is settling into her new Surrey home.

According to The Sun, an insider said: ‘She has worked her way up to become one of TV’s most successful stars and now she’s reaping the rewards.

‘Only the most wealthy and ambitious people tend to be able to live there and she’ll certainly be in good company with bankers, footballers and rock stars.

‘Amanda is used to a life in the city, and moving to Surrey means she’ll be able to live more of a semi-rural existence without giving up the convenient commute into the capital where most of her work takes her.’

MailOnline has contacted Amanda’s representatives for a comment.
