A talented fan designed a minimalist teaser poster for Daredevil‘s upcoming revival on Disney+.

The artist, known as The One Above All (@TOAAofNY) on Twitter, shared a design for a minimalist poster for the upcoming revival of Netflix’s Daredevil series on Disney+. The design centers around Matt Murdock’s trademark glasses, with minimalist looks of Murdock on one lens and his Daredevil alter-ego on the other. Both images have circular heightened senses around their heads, which is an homage to the original Marvel comics. In addition to the Daredevil title and Disney+ logo at the bottom, the title is written above the minimalist image in braille. The artist also shared two alternate versions of the poster; one without the braille and one without text entirely.

Daredevil made his return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe in Spider-Man: No Way Home with a surprise cameo from Charlie Cox, who reprised his role as Matt Murdock for the first time since Netflix canceled Daredevil in 2018. Following his appearance in No Way Home, it was unclear when or how the Man Without Fear would appear again in the MCU.

However, it was recently revealed that a new Daredevil series was in the works at Disney+ with Matt Corman and Chris Ord set to write and executive produce the series. While it’s assumed that Cox will reprise his role as Matt Murdock for the revival, no casting information has been confirmed as of yet. Along with Cox, it’s possible that his former Daredevil costar Vincent D’Onofrio could appear as Wilson Fisk/Kingpin following the crime boss’s surprise return in Disney+’s Hawkeye.

Little is known about Disney+’s Daredevil revival, but it was recently reported that the upcoming series would be a continuation of the original Netflix show. While Netflix’s Daredevil series boasted a TV-MA rating and was considerably darker than other Marvel Studios projects, there was concern that the migration to Disney+ would alter the overall tone of the series. However, Cox has stated that he could accept a slightly less violent Daredevil as long as it preserved the spirit of the original.

“[I]f they wanted to make a more PG version of Daredevil, I back them to find a way to do it where it feels totally in keeping with everything we’ve done,” said Cox. “And maybe there’s a little less blood, maybe there’s a little whatever, but I back them to do it.”

All three seasons of the former Netflix Daredevil series are now streaming on Disney+. The new series does not yet have a release date.
