Dallas Designers Burkle, Showers, Maestri , and More Pegged for Kips Bay Decorator Show House
The Kips Bay Decorator Show House has announced this year’s lineup of 25 celebrated designers and architects who will transform the 2-acre estate at 2999 Turtle Creek Blvd. Open to the public for three weeks beginning Friday, October 25th, the Show House doubles as the nation’s leading design event of the year and a major fundraiser for Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club, as well as local Dallas charities Dwell with Dignity and The Crystal Charity Ball.
“Each of our twenty-five designers were hand selected for their distinctive flair and creativity, and we look forward to unveiling their creations at this year’s iconic Dallas location,” said Daniel Quintero, the Executive Director of the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club. “We are pleased to be back in Dallas for our fifth year, and we are excited to welcome the local community and design aficionados from around the world to experience the Show House and contribute to such an important cause.”
For this year’s Show House, the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club has partnered with design-led real estate developer and asset manager HN Capital Partners to locate the right property for the Show House.

We are also passionate about infusing excellence in design sensibility into the development work being undertaken in Dallas, and these exhibitions and the great collaborators in the Dallas Design District, are making this happen every day. We look forward to welcoming the Kips Bay Show House design participants and the Dallas community to the property.”
Burkle Creative: Burkle Creative, led by firm owner and principal designer Javier Burkle, specializes in full-service remodel and interior design for both residential and commercial projects around the United States and Mexico.
CeCe Barfield Inc.: Beginning her career at Vogue, CeCe Barfield Thompson launched her eponymous interior design firm in October 2016 after leaving New York furniture design destination Bunny Williams Inc. as a senior designer.
Champagne Designs: Martha Champagne is an award-winning interior designer with a distinguished career spanning both residential and commercial design and a licensed real estate agent.

INK + ORO Creatives: With a background in Commercial and Residential interiors, INK + ORO Creatives was founded by Tiffany Woodson in 2018 in Dallas, Texas with a second office in Los Angeles, CA in 2021.
Jan Showers & Associates: Dallas-based interior designer Jan Showers, who is serving as the Honorary Chair for this year’s Kips Bay President’s Dinner, owns a showroom in the Dallas Design District. The showroom is open to the public and features curated vintage and antique items, as well as her to-the-trade furniture line, the Jan Showers Collection, which is available for direct purchase.
Kate Figler Interiors: Kate Figler was born and raised in New England and now resides in Nashville, TN where her designs blend both the charm of the Northeast and the tradition of the South.
Katie Davis Design: Katie Davis is a Houston-based interior designer focused on all aspects of residential design.
Kim Scodro Design: With offices in Chicago and Georgia, Kim Scodro Interiors is a boutique luxury interior design studio specializing in new builds, furniture procurement and residential renovations.
Lambert Landscape Company: Paul Fields, President and Director of Design at Lambert Landscape Company, has been a leading force in residential landscape architecture for over 35 years.
